    Question 1.
What part of the CDM is detailed under the HSWA 74, is the HSWA 74 made up of a list of bodies that work under the act?

What other regulations are listed within the Act,,,student learning ONC–

  • safetymatters says:

The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 is the primary piece of legislation covering occupational health and safety at work in the UK.

The HSE is responsible for enforcing the Act and a number of other Acts and Statutory Instruments relevant to the working environment.

The CDM Regulations 2007 (Construction Design and Management) are amongst many secondary pieces of Legislation made under the HASAW Act which are available on the HSE website here > http://www.hse.gov.uk/

    Hope this answers your question.
