Our CDM training course has been designed to benefit, Clients, Developers, Principal Designers, Principal Contractors and Workers so that they are able to apply their CDM duties and responsibilities effectively for construction projects.

The Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007 bring together the former Construction Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations 1996 to form one piece of legislation, now more commonly known as CDM 2007. And the latest version CDM 2015.

Our CDM Training takes around half-day which includes the slide handouts and a Q&A session, overall inclusive of the following topics;
- Brief overview of the CDM regulations
- Competence and Resource assessments.
- Clients role and responsibilities
- CDM Advisers role and responsibilities.
- Principal Designers Role and Responsibilities.
- Principal Contractor and the Construction Phase Plan
- Pre-Construction Information.
- Identify Projects Notifiable or Non -notifiable (F10)
- Health and Safety File.
CDM training course’s for managers, supervisors, etc
An overview of the CDM Regulations
We recommend group sizes of 10-15 people but would be pleased to be flexible. The Trainer is actively working in the construction industry as a CDM Adviser and has experience of training procedures.
